Pavithra Yarlagadda

Pavithra Yarlagadda is a dedicated software developer currently engaged with Project: Code since April 2024. In addition to this role, Pavithra serves as the External Outreach Director at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and provides support to students as a course assistant for CS 124, focusing on enhancing the educational experience. Previous experience includes serving as an academic tutor for Amikka Learning and ClassUp, and working as a pharmacy technician at Walgreens from May 2022 to August 2023. Pavithra also completed a cybersecurity internship at Excelerate, where skills in threat assessment and virtualization were developed. Active in community service and education initiatives through organizations like Future Business Leaders of America and Code 4 Tomorrow, Pavithra has a strong educational background, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at The Grainger College of Engineering, following completion of a high school diploma from Warren Township High School in May 2023.
