Natacha Brind'Amour

Natacha Brind'Amour currently serves as the Vice President of Talent & Culture at Amilia since July 2024. Previously, Natacha held the position of Vice President, People & Culture at Sharethrough from March 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included direct reporting to the CEO, leading global People & Culture strategies, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Natacha also served as Vice President and Human Resources Director at district m from July 2018 to September 2022, focusing on building People & Culture functions and enhancing employee engagement. Earlier career experiences include roles as Human Resources Business Partner at PSP, Manager Talent at Deloitte Canada, and Talent Acquisition Advisor positions at multiple organizations. Natacha holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and a Commerce degree from Cégep Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
