Olesya G. began their work experience in 2007 at Ectaco, Inc. as a Client Services and Sales Representative. Olesya assisted customers with inquiries about language translation hardware and software and played a role in converting leads into sales. Olesya also worked with payment processing vendors and helped with marketing initiatives for new products. In 2008, they moved to iBIC as a Research Analyst, where they monitored printed and digital media, performed content analysis on requested topics, and wrote briefs for customers based on the monitoring and analysis results. In 2010, Olesya joined Actimind as a Marketing and Communications Manager, reporting directly to the company CEO. Olesya'sresponsibilities included overseeing all aspects of marketing and client communications, running online and social media communications to promote the company brand, image, and values, and working with the Research & Development Team to improve existing products' functionality based on campaign results and customer feedback. Olesya'smost recent position was at Amino Apps, where they worked as a Community Operations Associate since 2019.

Olesya G. attended Pomorsk State University named after M.V. Lomonosov from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Linguistics and Translation. Olesya then attended Westminster Kingsway College until 2021, studying Culinary Arts and Chef Training.
