Anna Vardapetyan

Anna Vardapetyan is an experienced professional in the fields of marketing, business analysis, and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Head of the CRM department at ARMBUSINESSBANK CJSC since November 2022. Previously, Anna held positions at HayPost CJSC as a Strategic Advisor and Head of Business Analysis, where responsibilities included launching reporting and analytics systems. Anna also served as a Consultant at Idram Payment System, focusing on marketing and quality control, as well as engaging in business analysis at VTB, where roles included Business Analyst and Digital Project Manager. Earlier experiences include leading internal control at Global AM NGO and managing marketing at VTB and Armentel. Anna Vardapetyan holds a Master's degree in World Economy from Russian-Armenian University.
