Ruzanna Sahakyan

Ruzanna Sahakyan is an experienced professional in the fields of debt recovery and legal advocacy. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Business Non-Performing Assets Service at AMIO BANK since March 2015, Ruzanna has a proven track record of leading high-performing debt collection teams and implementing effective recovery strategies that significantly enhance collection efficiency. Previously, Ruzanna held positions as the Head of Retail Business Problematic Loans Service at AMIO BANK and as a Lawyer at VTB and Femida, where responsibilities included robust litigation representation, legal advisory, and corporate governance compliance. Ruzanna holds a Master's degree in Civil Law from the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Hrachya Acharyan University.
