Shivani Bhagat has a strong background in recruiting, beginning in 2016 as a Relationship Manager for Shanders Properties Pvt Ltd. In 2017, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist for ExcelGens, Inc. In 2018, they took on the role of Sr. Technical Recruiter for VARITE INC, where they were responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, phone screening, qualifying, interviewing, preparing candidates, salary negotiations, closing, and reference checks.
