Toshil Mandloi

Toshil Mandloi has worked in the talent acquisition field since 2016. Starting as a Management Trainee at ConsultAdd Inc, they were responsible for sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes. In 2018, they moved to Afterkarma Inc as a Professional Recruiter, leading the team execution of the recruiting process. In 2021, they joined Trinus Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to applicant closure. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Executive at AMISEQ and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wipro, where they are responsible for vendors and stakeholders management, working for niche technology hiring, and working with vendors to close the position.

Toshil Mandloi obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Analytics from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in November 2022.
