Pat Goddard started their work experience in 1988 as a Programmer Analyst at the Boeing Company, where they designed and maintained manufacturing and unit time tracking systems. They then worked as a Staff Systems Analyst at DST Inc, where they maintained portfolio accounting and mutual fund systems and designed projects for a team. After that, Pat worked as a Programmer Analyst at Yellow Technologies, Sedgwick County, and Raytheon Aircraft Company, where they developed web pages, implemented a tax system, and developed applications using various programming languages. Pat also served as a consultant and Senior Systems Analyst at BCBS SC and BCBS of Arkansas, where they worked on projects related to claims processing, automation of manual processes, and system migrations. Additionally, they worked as an IT Consultant to the Georgia Department of Driver Services, enhancing the new driver's license system. Their skills include COBOL, CICS, DB2, and various other programming and analysis tools.

Pat Goddard earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri, where they attended from 1974 to 1978. Additionally, Pat pursued further education at Maple Woods Community College, from 1972 to 1975, and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Pat attended Butler Community College, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in OO programming, Networks, and Web Development.
