Rob Skowronski

Rob Skowronski is an experienced operations leader in the food industry, currently serving as the Director of Beef Operations at Amity Packing Co., Inc. since February 2020. Prior to this role, Skowronski held various positions at West Liberty Foods, including Operations Superintendent and Production Supervisor, from March 2015 to February 2020. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Hormel Foods as a Production Supervisor where responsibilities involved overseeing daily activities of 70 union employees across multiple departments. Skowronski also completed a Supply Chain Analyst Internship at SUPERVALU, focusing on optimizing machine utilization. Educationally, Skowronski holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Information Management from Northern Illinois University, obtained in 2013.
