Matthew Hernandez is a seasoned professional in dental practice management and consulting, currently serving as Director of Operations at Mukilteo Dental Center and Executive Practice Coach at Fortune Management. Matthew also holds the position of Principal Dental M&A Advisor at AMIVA Equity Partners and President of OneClick Referral Inc. Since founding Seraph Dental Management in 2009, Matthew has led various initiatives in dental practice coaching and consulting. Previous roles include CEO/President of Seraph Management International and Co-Founder/CEO of Elegant Management Group, where Matthew contributed to the growth of multiple dental practices and a centralized dental laboratory in Western Washington. With a foundational background in operations from positions at Casablanca Dental Management and 6 Day Dental & Orthodontics, Matthew is well-equipped with extensive leadership and financial coordination experience in diverse dental settings. Educational achievements include degrees in Denture Technology and Biotechnology Laboratory Technician from Bates Technical College and additional studies at George Brown College and Green River College.
