Louise Hoffman

Louise Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Louise currently works at Amivero as the Lead Fraud Data Analyst, where they are responsible for leading and directing a small team of analysts using Agile methodologies. Louise also drafts process and policy documentation for the fraud operations team. Before joining Amivero, Louise worked at KeyBank as a Fraud Data and Business Intelligence Analyst. Prior to that, they were a Senior Fraud Data Analyst at ID.me, where they played a pivotal role in establishing the fraud data team and pipelines. Louise built visual analytics and UI aspects using Palantir Foundry to drive insights for the fraud investigations team. Louise also has experience at LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a Senior Fraud Data Analyst, where they assisted with implementation and development of automated healthcare provider screening solutions. Additionally, they worked as a Data Analyst at the Rochester NH police department, where they utilized data analysis and GIS for pattern analysis and prediction. Louise began their career as a Legal Assistant at The Cronfel Firm and as a Graduate Assistant at Texas State University, where they served as a part-time teaching assistant.

Louise Hoffman has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Texas State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General, also from Texas State University, from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in September 2022.
