Dr. Jan Schlegel

Dr. Jan Schlegel is an experienced engineer in the field of mechanical engineering, currently serving as Teamleiter Forschung und Entwicklung and Berechnungsingenieur at AMK Group since October 2018. Prior to this role, Dr. Schlegel worked as Entwicklungsingenieur at Modis GmbH from January 2017 to September 2018, and as a Doktorand at Daimler AG from July 2013 to December 2016, focusing on methods development in FEM, thermomechanics, and fracture mechanics. Dr. Schlegel holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Universität Stuttgart, completed in 2013, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, earned in 2018.
