Chan Chea

Chan Chea currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Training and Development Department at AMK Microfinance Institution Plc., a position held since January 2012. Responsibilities include OTC operation support, coaching and mentoring for staff, and enhancing customer service quality. Chan has also designed and controlled non-credit training programs and provided system training for various platforms. Prior roles include Training Manager and Senior Training Officer. Earlier experience includes serving as an Inventory/Procurement Officer at CARDI from January 2008 to June 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Financial Management from the Royal University of Law and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from AEU.
