Muyleng Taing

Muyleng Taing is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Head of Risk at AMK Microfinance Institution Plc. since February 2019, after previously holding the position of Deputy Head of Risk. Prior to this role, Muyleng worked as an Investment Analyst at AGORA MICROFINANCE PARTNERS LLP and had an extensive tenure at AMK Microfinance Institution Plc. from 2012 to 2017, advancing from Treasury Officer to Senior Treasury Officer to Manager-Asset and Liability in the Treasury Department. Muyleng holds a Master of Science in Investment and Financial Risk Management from Kingston University, London, and also possesses degrees in English for Professional Communication and Accounting and Finance. Additionally, Muyleng has pursued further education at both the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and The Wharton School.
