David Hiner

David Hiner is a seasoned professional in advanced package technologies, currently serving as Senior Director of Advanced Product Development at Amkor Technology since August 2007. With a strong focus on advanced interconnects, including substrates and wafer level products, David has accumulated extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Previous roles include Staff Engineer at RFMD, where advanced package development was emphasized, and Director of Supplier Quality at Amkor Technology, leading global supplier quality activities across six countries. David's background also includes significant positions in substrate technology management, engineering department leadership in an expatriate role in the Philippines, and process engineering in flex circuit fabrication and laminate product fabrication.
