Ricardo Gaio

Ricardo Gaio has extensive experience in engineering and management within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Director of Development at Amkor Technology, Inc. since October 2017, Ricardo previously held the position of WLP Manager at Nanium S.A., responsible for managing Wafer Level Package operations and overseeing projects from start-up to production, including equipment installation and team management. Additionally, experience includes serving as Quality Manager at FEHST Components and Engineering Manager at Texas Instruments. Ricardo holds an MBA in International Management from European University and an Engineering License in Electrical Engineering from Universidade do Porto, complemented by earlier studies at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
