Zain Fredericks is an experienced professional in the field of customer experience and financial analytics, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at AML Analytics since May 2018. In this role, Zain assists regulators and financial institutions worldwide in implementing effective sanction screening and transaction monitoring methodologies, while also ensuring customer success and system efficiency.
