Aly Finkle

Mrs. Finkle is the VP, of Recruiting for AML Rightsource. She brings significant experience in professional services building high-performing client delivery and talent acquisition teams. Her experience extends across multiple industries with a consistent focus on recruiting, onboarding, retention, and project leadership at the intersection of account management and the development of internal processes. A graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, Aly was a two-time All-American and member of the 3-time Division 1 Women's Lacrosse National Championship team.
