Nitin Malhotra

Nitin Malhotra is an experienced professional with a solid background in risk management, fraud prevention, and compliance across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Managed Services at AML RightSource since March 2024, Nitin previously held significant roles, including Head of Risk at Juno and Vice President of Financial Crimes & Compliance at Genpact. Notably, during tenure at Accenture from April 2014 to June 2020, Nitin managed a global team of over 500 analysts in risk and compliance operations. Previous positions include managerial roles at Amazon.com and the Royal Bank of Scotland, where Nitin demonstrated expertise in managing large teams and improving operational efficiencies.
