Christopher Durfee

Christopher Durfee has extensive work experience in project management and program management roles. Christopher started their career in 1993 at DCI Marketing, where they held various positions including Program Supervisor, Customer Service Representative, Program Specialist, and Account Coordinator. In these roles, they managed business-to-business promotional direct marketing programs and developed comprehensive e/direct marketing communications plans.

Durfee then joined DCI MARKETING, INC as the Manager of Project Management in 1993. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management and efficiency of the project management group. Christopher implemented project schedule templates, drafted procedures for revenue forecasting, and defined speculative business rules. Their efforts increased project delivery on time, improved revenue forecasting accuracy, and enhanced speculative budget management.

In 2009, Durfee took on the role of CRC Order Manager Respiratory & Sleep at GE Healthcare. Christopher then joined Assurant Health in 2009 as an eCommerce Project Manager, where they focused on search engine and website optimization. Christopher managed the self-service test console constraints, assessed user experience test results, and developed test optimization flowcharts and processes. Durfee also drafted strategic test plans to align with corporate marketing goals.

From 2010 to 2011, Durfee worked as a Project Manager at The Waterstone Group. Christopher was involved in various web development projects at Kohler Corporation, including developing scope, overseeing design and development phases, and implementing a new corporate video player platform.

Durfee joined Fiserv in 2011 as a Project Manager, where they managed proprietary software development and infrastructure projects in the financial services industry. Christopher was responsible for budget management, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality objectives were achieved.

In 2012, Durfee joined Perficient as a Lead Program Manager. In this role, they supported client eCommerce website development and maintenance projects. Christopher defined business requirements, translated requirements into site design detail, and successfully executed and delivered projects.

Durfee's most recent role is as a Senior Project Manager at Amla Commerce, starting in 2023.

Christopher Durfee's education history starts with their high school diploma from Milwaukee Lutheran H.S., which they obtained from 1984 to 1988. Christopher then pursued further education at Milwaukee Area Technical College from 1991 to 1993, earning an A.A.S degree in Marketing. Christopher continued their education at Lakeland College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Christopher Durfee has also obtained several certifications. Christopher became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in May 2015. Christopher then earned the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2019. Later, in October 2020, they achieved the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification from the same institution. Most recently, in April 2021, they obtained the Scrum Foundations Educator certification from Scrum Alliance.
