Jessica Berndt

Jessica Berndt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jessica started their career at Leeann Chin, Inc. where they worked as a Shift Supervisor from 2004 to 2006, and then as a Manager from 2006 to 2008. Jessica then joined US BANK as a Teller from 2008 to 2010.

After that, Jessica worked at CompuCom/GE Healthcare where they served as an IT Security Project Manager from 2010 to 2013. In this role, they managed the implementation of IT security technologies globally, including antivirus, firewall, encryption, and data loss prevention solutions. Jessica also led the consolidation of the GE Healthcare Active Directory domains into a single Corporate Active Directory.

Following their tenure at CompuCom/GE Healthcare, they joined FIS as a Project Manager for a brief period from March 2016 to June 2016.

From 2017 to 2021, Jessica worked at Amla Commerce in various roles. Jessica started as a Product Support Manager from August 2018 to December 2021, where they led the product support team and collaborated with other departments to align support and resolutions. Jessica then became a Project Manager from January 2017 to May 2018, where they managed projects implementing SaaS-based product customization software for eCommerce platforms. Finally, they assumed the role of Director of Product Support in December 2021, where they managed overall support operations, reported KPIs, and communicated with customers regarding technical issues.

Jessica Berndt attended Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an A.A.S. degree in Business Management. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute. Jessica also holds the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) certification, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
