Mostafa Abd Elhady, CMA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and collections management, currently serving as the Head of Operations & Collections at AMLAK Finance in Egypt since May 2010. In this role, Mostafa has driven business growth and enhanced client relationships through strategic implementation of policies and customer service operations. Prior experience includes managing mortgage operations and overseeing diverse functional teams at AMLAK Finance, as well as serving as the Trade Finance Center Supervisor at the National Bank of Oman and an Accountant at Eloa'loa'a Company. Mostafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Ain Shams University and a postgraduate degree in Finance from the Institute of Management Accountants.
