John Chan

John Chan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in after-sales product support and service management within the construction and machinery industries. Currently serving as the After Sales Product Support Manager at Ammann Group since November 2021, John oversees the entire after-sales support business for all Ammann products. Prior roles include Technical Support Manager at Manitou Asia, Service Manager for Asia at Haulotte Singapore Pte Ltd, and Service Development Manager at Volvo East Asia (Pte) Ltd, where John led teams to enhance dealer service processes. Previous experience also includes a role as Product & Service Manager at BPW Asia Pte Ltd and Sales Manager at IG Zenith Sdn Bhd.
