Vanessa Bachmann

Vanessa Bachmann serves as Senior Legal Counsel and Board of Directors Secretary at Ammann Group since May 2017, offering comprehensive legal and compliance support to national group companies globally, while also developing a data protection strategy and facilitating contract negotiations. Concurrently, Vanessa holds the role of Prüfungsexpertin at procure.ch and Co-Leiterin of the Practice Group Arbeitsrecht at the Vereinigung Schweizerischer Unternehmensjuristen (VSUJ). Previous experience includes positions at the Swiss School for International Business as a lecturer in competition law, and various legal advisory roles in commercial law across multiple firms. Vanessa's educational background includes multiple advanced legal degrees, including a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade Law from the University of Technology Sydney and a CAS in Inhouse Counsel from the University of Zurich.
