Javier Maldonado

Javier Maldonado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management, sales, and customer relations. Currently serving as the Global CRM Data Manager at AMMEGA since July 2022, Javier oversees the integrity and maintenance of the customer database while analyzing marketing campaign effectiveness. Prior to this role, Javier spent over a decade at Green Belting Industries, where responsibilities included optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem and assisting customers with PTFE products. Javier's career also includes positions as a Collection Officer at International Credit Experts Inc. and National Sales Manager at Proyectos PET, C.A. Javier holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Universidad de Carabobo and Bachelor’s Degrees in Industrial Engineering and Computer Science.
