Radosław Garbacik

Tomasz Rados is an experienced financial officer currently serving at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024, following a role as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, where support was provided for EU reform initiatives. With a history of involvement in various European organizations, Tomasz was a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, contributed to the European Defence Agency as a member of the Industry, Synergies & Enablers Coordination Team, and worked as a coordination assistant at the European External Action Service's Crisis Management and Planning Directorate. Previous roles include presidency of Network PL, contract agent at the European Commission, and program manager at the European Commission's earlier office. Tomasz's educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
