Ramya S.

Ramya S. has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Ramya started their career as a Technical Recruiter at K Systems in 2010 and then moved on to Huawei Technologies in 2011, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter until 2012. In 2014, they joined Ammeon as a Technical Recruiter and held this position until 2017. Ramya then progressed to become a Recruitment Lead in 2018 and subsequently a Recruitment Manager in 2018-2019. Currently, they are working as a People Operations Manager (HR & Recruitment) in Ammeon.

Ramya S. pursued their education in a chronological sequence. Ramya completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from BMS Institute of Technology and Management. Following this, they obtained a PG Diploma in Human Resources from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bangalore in 2010. In 2019, Ramya enrolled at the National College of Ireland and obtained a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2020.
