Brian Beltran Medilo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Brian Beltran started their career as a Technical Support Representative at Alorica Philippines in 2004 and then moved to ICT Group Marketing Service Inc. as a Technical Support Representative in 2005. In 2007, they joined Sitel as a Guest Contact Centre Associate, where they handled various responsibilities such as making bookings, cancellations, and amendments on guest flights. Brian Beltran also responded to agent escalations and scheduled breaks and off-phone activities. Brian then joined Virgin Australia in 2012, where they held the roles of Real Time Analyst and Team Manager, overseeing the team's operations and ensuring smooth communication with agents. After that, they worked at 24-7 Intouch as a Team Manager from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Brian became a Real Time Analyst at Continuum Global Solutions before joining AMMEX Corporation in 2021, where they currently hold the role of Workforce and Operation Management.
