Jonatha Sousa

Jonatha Sousa has extensive experience in sales and customer service management, currently serving as a Distribution Sales Manager at Ammon & Rizos since April 2009. Responsibilities include team management, strategic account oversight, distributor management, opportunity management using various CRM tools, and the development and presentation of performance reports. Prior to this role, Jonatha held positions as Supervisor of Customer Service and Logistics at AVX Componentes da Amazonia and Customer Service Representative at LZA Representação Comercial. Jonatha began a career at AVX Componentes da Amazonia as a Logistics Supervisor from June 1999 to April 2003. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, completed between 2000 and 2004, and earlier education at Colegio Porto União from 1984 to 1995.
