Bernice "B" Officer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations coordination, customer service, and business ownership. Currently serving as the Licensure & Credentialing Operations Coordinator for O'Grady Peyton International, Bernice also operates Bernice Hem Co as Owner/CEO, providing contact center services and customer support to global clients such as Agero and Intuit.
