Christina Johnson Williams

Christina Johnson Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christina started their career at Nordstrom in 1988, where they served as a Loss Prevention/Asst Manager for the Women's Shoes department until 1997. Christina then worked at TransWestern Publishing as a Sales/Account Manager from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they joined AMN Healthcare as a Recruitment Manager, holding this position until 2014. During their time at AMN Healthcare, they also served as a Director of Recruitment from June 2013 to November 2013. In 2014, Christina began working at CompHealth as a Staffing Consultant in the Psychiatry Division before returning to AMN Healthcare as a Director of Recruitment. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Director of Recruitment and later became the Senior Director of Coverage, Nurse in 2022. Currently, Christina holds the role of Division Vice President, Coverage Nursing at AMN Healthcare.
