Kimberly Hewlett has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kimberly began their career as a Regional Sales Director at Cross Country Healthcare in 1992, managing a significant portion of the company's healthcare staffing revenue and activating several Vendor Management Clients. In 2007, they worked as a Consultant at Plus 1 Staffing, Inc. The following year, they became the Vice President of Sales at InteliStaf Healthcare, Inc. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the National Sales Director of Workforce Management at Jackson Therapy Partners. In 2011, they joined MedData as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for selling Revenue Cycle Management and Patient Pay Solutions across various specialties. Finally, since 2014, they have been with AMN Healthcare, initially as the Vice President of Client Development and currently as the Senior Regional Director, Client Sales-Nurse Staffing Solutions.

Kimberly Hewlett completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the University of Tennessee in 1990. Kimberly then went on to pursue their MBA in International Business/Trade/Commerce at Nova Southeastern University from 2002 to 2004. Kimberly also has a degree in Finance, Accounting, and Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
