Louis Alper

Louis Alper has extensive experience in human resources and staffing, currently serving as Director of HR Systems & Technology at AMN Healthcare since June 2016, where responsibilities include oversight of HR systems and technology utilizing Workday for the full team member life-cycle and HR reporting. Prior to AMN, Louis held various roles at Encore Capital Group from 2010 to 2016, including HRIS Project Manager, where oversight of global HRIS and project management was key, and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Additional experience spans roles in business development and recruitment across multiple companies, including Sedona Staffing Services and Qualcomm, with a strong focus on recruiting finance and legal professionals. Louis holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
