Marlon Williams

Marlon Williams has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Marlon started in 2014 as a Hiring Coordinator at Maxim Healthcare Services before moving on to become a Healthcare Recruiter and then a Senior Healthcare Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for managing external employees, account management, and overseeing daily team operations. In 2019, Marlon joined Regal Medical Group as a Human Resource Senior Recruitment Specialist. Later in the same year, they also joined AMN Healthcare as a Senior Recruiter - Travel Nursing. Currently, Marlon holds the position of Director of Recruiting RCS Team at AMN Healthcare.
