Richey Brownfield has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Starting in 1993, they worked as an Energy Auditor for Georgia Power Company before transitioning to a Systems Analyst role at NCR in 1995. From 1998 to 1999, they served as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst at Siemens Energy & Automation, where they played a key role in developing and deploying a sales automation system.
In 1999, Richey joined MDI Group and held various leadership positions over the course of their tenure. Richey served as a Vendor Manager from 1999 to 2002, followed by roles as Delivery Director - Professional Services from 2002 to 2009 and Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2012. Richey then became the Chief Executive Officer of MDI Group in 2012, where they were responsible for setting the company's vision, strategic direction, and overseeing operational management.
After leaving MDI Group, Richey joined RightSourcing, Inc. in 2017 as Vice President, contributing to the company's success until 2021. Following that, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer at PRIDE Health from 2021 to 2022.
Currently, Richey is working at AMN Healthcare as the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions. In this role, they provide a comprehensive suite of solutions and consultative support to strategic partners while driving internal alignment for a focused and unified customer experience.
Richey Brownfield attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a BBA degree in Management Information Systems. Richey also studied at The University of Georgia during the same period and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services.
