Timothy started their career at Vector Marketing, where they held various roles, including Branch Manager and Assistant Manager, managing teams and driving sales. Timothy also co-founded SunALT LLC, a solar design and installation company, where they played a crucial role in the company's creation and took on responsibilities in proposal creation, project sales, and quality control. Timothy also worked at Sullivan Solar Power as a Project Developer, excelling in project development, sales, and customer experience. Timothy is currently working at AMN Healthcare, where they have progressed from Recruiter to Divisional Vice President, overseeing recruitment efforts.
