Wayne Ottenwalder

Wayne Ottenwalder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and recruitment. Currently serving as a Realtor at eXp Realty since January 2025, Wayne has also held various roles in recruitment at AMN Healthcare since June 2021, including Principal and Senior Recruiting Consultant. Prior to that, Wayne worked as a Real Estate Agent with The Keyes Company from September 2020 to January 2025 and Canvas Real Estate from January 2020 to September 2020. Wayne’s background in hospitality includes management positions as General Manager at Frankey’s Sports Bar from March 2017 to March 2020 and Assistant General Manager at Adena Grill & Wine Bar from October 2014 to March 2017. Wayne holds an Associate of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Broward College, completed in 2012.
