Matthew Berman

Matthew Berman has diverse work experience in the accounting and auditing fields. Matthew began their career at EY, where they worked as a Staff Auditor from September 2006 to September 2008. Matthew then progressed to the role of Senior Auditor from October 2008 to September 2011. Following this, they served as a Manager from October 2011 to July 2018 before being promoted to Senior Manager, a position they held from October 2014 to July 2018. In 2018, Berman joined Amneal Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director, Financial Accounting and Reporting, where they worked until February 2020. From February 2020 to October 2021, they assumed the role of Director, Technical Accounting and Reporting. Subsequently, they were promoted to Director, Global Consolidations and Accounting from October 2021 to February 2022, before transitioning to their current position as Senior Director, Global Consolidations and Accounting in March 2022.

Matthew Berman holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from Lehigh University, which they completed in 2006. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the same institution in 2005.
