Natalia Dema

Natalia Dema currently serves as a Finance Enterprise Partner at Roche since April 2024. Prior to this role, Natalia was part of the Finance Leadership Program at Baker Hughes from July 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included Enterprise Customer Solutions FP&A, OFSE North America FP&A, and HQ Strategy & Business Development. Natalia holds a Master of Science in Finance and Risk Management from Università degli Studi Firenze, obtained in January 2019, and completed an exchange semester at Jönköping International Business School focusing on econometrics of financial markets, derivative securities, and advanced topics in finance.
