Pamela Yao

Pamela Yao has a strong background in human resources and finance. Pamela began their career at Citi as a Financial Analyst in 1987 and then joined Unisys as an HR & Finance professional in 1988. From 2001 to 2010, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Roche. Pamela then moved on to Warner Chilcott in 2010, where they served as the Director of Human Resources until 2014. Pamela joined Amneal Pharmaceuticals in 2014, holding various HR positions, including Senior Director and Vice President of HR Operations.

Pamela Yao holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Saint Mary's College. Pamela also completed an Executive Masters in Human Resource Leadership from Rutgers University. Additionally, Pamela has obtained certifications such as "Building Accountability into Your Culture" and "Having Difficult Conversations: A Guide for Managers" from LinkedIn, as well as the "Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification" from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, all in different years.
