Ravi Harapanhalli

Ravi Harapanhalli, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, overseeing regulatory activities related to CMC, nonclinical, and clinical programs for generics and 505B2 products since 2016. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at PAREXEL International, where Ravi led project teams to deliver regulatory submissions and engaged in thought leadership through presentations and publications. Additionally, Ravi worked as a Principal Consultant providing regulatory advice, served on the Expert Council of the United States Pharmacopeia, and held a Branch Chief position at the FDA, supervising a team in the Division of Pre-market Assessment and Manufacturing Science. Early career experience includes a role as Research Scientist at Hoechst Celenese Pharmaceuticals, focusing on antibiotic development. Educational credentials encompass a Ph.D. in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, along with advanced studies in Radiopharmaceuticals at both Harvard Medical School and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
