Lisa Michaelsen

Lisa Michaelsen currently serves as a 1. Reservelæge at Socialmedicinsk afdeling Holbæk since July 2022 and holds the position of Ekstern Lektor at Københavns Universitet since May 2020. In addition, Lisa has been a member of Amnesty International Denmark's lægegruppe since January 2014. Previous experience includes working as a doctor at DIGNITY - Danish Institute Against Torture from July 2018 to June 2022 and serving on the board of HopeNow - Empowering Trafficked People from March 2017 to May 2018. Additionally, Lisa was an MD at The Danish National Agency for Patients' Rights and Complaints from May 2014 to March 2018, and has held various MD positions within forensic departments and pathology from 2011 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master in International Health from Københavns Universitet (2012-2014) and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the same institution (2001-2008).
