David Prince FCIPD has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the nonprofit and healthcare sectors. David currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Amnesty International UK, where they oversee the organization's human resources and culture initiatives. Prior to this, David was the Interim Chief People Officer at Christian Aid, where they played a crucial role in promoting equality and dignity for the organization's global staff. David also served as the Executive Director People at the MS Society, where they led a team in the fight against Multiple Sclerosis. In addition, David has held senior positions at The London Ambulance Service NHS Trust, CareTech Community Services Ltd, CareShield, The National Autistic Society, Royal Mail Sales, Royal Mail, and the Post Office Group. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong strategic and operational skills in managing large budgets and teams, implementing efficient support services, and driving organizational growth.

David Prince FCIPD has a vast education history, primarily focusing on Human Resources Management and Services. In 1992, they obtained their FCIPD from the CIPD. David further expanded their knowledge by acquiring a Social Science Diploma from The Open University between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, they pursued a Social Care and the Law Diploma from The Open University.
