David also served as the Executive Director People at the MS Society, where they led a team in the fight against Multiple Sclerosis. In addition, David has held senior positions at The London Ambulance Service NHS Trust, CareTech Community Services Ltd, CareShield, The National Autistic Society, Royal Mail Sales, Royal Mail, and the Post Office Group. David Prince FCIPD has a vast education history, primarily focusing on Human Resources Management and Services. In 1992, they obtained their FCIPD from the CIPD. David further expanded their knowledge by acquiring a Social Science Diploma from The Open University between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, they pursued a Social Care and the Law Diploma from The Open University. In terms of certifications, David also holds a Fellowship of RSA from the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, which they obtained in 2019. Moreover, they have an MBTI certification from The Myers-Briggs Company, achieved in 2017.
