Abdou Diallo

Abdou DIALLO is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) professional with extensive experience in human rights education and project monitoring. Currently serving as a MEAL Officer at Amnesty International since May 2025, Abdou contributes to the design and implementation of comprehensive M&E frameworks. Prior roles include M&E Manager for the USAID/Senegal Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Support Project at EnCompass LLC, and MEAL Officer at Amnesty International, where Abdou was involved in program delivery monitoring and stakeholder collaboration. With expertise gained through positions at UNESCO and Nutrition International, Abdou has developed project monitoring tools, training programs, and evaluation frameworks. Abdou holds a Master's degree in community health with a focus on monitoring and evaluation from Université Alioune Diop Bambey.
