Gert Abma

Gert Abma serves as an Audit Partner at Daamen & van Sluis since 1999 and has held multiple leadership roles in various organizations. As Chairman of Economisch Netwerk Capelle aan den IJssel since January 2009, Abma is involved in local economic initiatives. Additionally, since March 2014, Abma has been the Chairman of Stichting Voedselbank Capelle aan den IJssel, addressing food insecurity in the community. Other notable positions include Treasurer at Stichting Vrienden van het IJsselland Ziekenhuis, Amnesty International, and the Nationale Vereniging de Zonnebloem, alongside a role as Chair of the Board of Recommendation for the Transport Logistics & Related Services event. Abma previously served on the Supervisory Board of Adminbedrijf and was the Chairman of Stichting IJssel Business Magazine. Gert Abma holds a degree in RA from Thorbecke and NIvRA.
