Amnesty International
Gloria Bauma serves as the Officer of Support Services for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), focusing on administrative leadership for the DRCongo, Congo, Rwanda, and Burundi region since June 2023. Gloria co-founded Uhuru Knowledge Centers, promoting cultural centers in rural areas across Congo, and has been actively involved with The Congo Tree as a facilitator and program logistics officer since 2016, delivering training and managing administrative tasks. In addition, Gloria has volunteered with Amnesty International since November 2019, organizing campaigns for rights awareness, and worked at Trust Merchant Bank from 2017 to 2023, addressing client inquiries and managing banking transactions. Prior experience includes volunteer roles with Festival Amani and serving as secretary for the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International. Gloria holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences and Management from Université Libre des Pays de Grands Lacs and has obtained multiple certificates from IFRC in subjects such as cybersecurity and corruption prevention.
