Oleg Kozlovsky serves as a Senior Strategic Advisor (Research) and Researcher at Amnesty International since October 2018. Prior to this role, Oleg co-founded and directed Vision of Tomorrow from March 2010 to September 2018, focusing on strengthening Russian civil society. Oleg's academic pursuits included a Fulbright Visiting Researcher position at George Washington University, exploring the impact of the Orange Revolution on Russian domestic politics. Oleg has also been involved in various organizations such as the Solidarnost Democratic Movement and National Research University - Higher School of Economics, contributing to strategy development and anti-corruption initiatives. Oleg holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the Higher School of Economics and specialized degrees in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Moscow State University.
