Claudia Maldonado

Claudia Maldonado has several years of experience in the financial industry. Claudia began their career in 2005 as a Branch Manager at United Heritage Credit Union and later served as a CRM/MCIF Systems Specialist, where they managed the development and configuration of the Credit Union's systems. In 2012, Claudia was promoted to Regional Assistant Vice President of Operations, where they supported the Chief Operating Officer and managed branch managers across multiple locations. Claudia joined AMOCO Federal Credit Union in 2018 as Vice President of Operations before being promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in 2019.

Claudia Maldonado pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2022, they enrolled at the Mays Business School of Texas A&M University, where they studied Executive MBA. This program lasted until 2024. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, they attended Texas A&M University–Central Texas, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 2007, Claudia undertook coursework in Project Management at The University of Texas at Austin.
