Katrin Leidl-Raguse

Katrin Leidl-Raguse has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Katrin began their career as an intern at CANTOR Unternehmensberatung GmbH in 2012. Katrin then worked at Marc O'Polo International GmbH, where they served as a Junior HR Coordinator, Junior HR Manager Personnel Development, and Junior HR Business Partner from 2014 to 2018. Following this, they joined doo GmbH as an HR Manager, focusing on developing digital solutions for professional event management. In 2019, they joined FlixBus as a People Partner, before moving to Amoena in 2020. At Amoena, Katrin has held various roles, including Global Human Resources Business Partner, Teamleader Global HR, and currently serves as the Global Head of HR.

Katrin Leidl-Raguse completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resource Management and Competence Development with New Media from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Sciences, with a minor in economics, from the University of Augsburg in 2014.
