Despina Christodoulou currently serves as the Global Head of HR at Sui Foundation, leading efforts to onboard the next billion users to Web3 and facilitating the growth of the Sui ecosystem. Previously, Despina held the position of Senior People Partner at Aiven, where responsibilities included partnering with Engineering & Product leadership to develop HR strategies and lead a team of HR Generalists. At FREE NOW, Despina was a Senior People Business Partner, collaborating with Tech & Product senior leadership on people agendas. Decades of experience include roles at Booking.com, where Despina provided expert HR support in Technology & Product departments, and earlier positions at Philips, Danone, Seapaint-yachting, and Notos Com. Holdings S.A. Despina holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a degree in Marketing and Advertising, Economics and Management from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens.
